About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join our team at Field Sales Solutions. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in retail outlets.
  • Provide sales and category expertise to retail partners to drive sales and profitability.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales and category management in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category and market trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
