Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team at Redwood Search. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing existing accounts, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  • Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as our customers' businesses and needs.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, presentations, and proposals to stakeholders.
  • Stay organized and manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and expanding customer bases.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM systems and sales software.
