About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and targeting potential clients, managing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing valuable solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Sales Strategy: Conduct market research to understand trends, competitors, and customer needs, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.
  • Account Management: Manage client accounts, identify upselling opportunities, and provide after-sales support to ensure retention and loyalty.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions, and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: Proven sales ability with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and experience in similar product/service sales is desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with CRM software and market research tools, with strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent organisational skills and a strong work ethic.
