Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at be:technology. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Proactively target prospects and existing customers to identify new business opportunities and cross-sell/up-sell existing products.
  • Manage customer accounts to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Achieve sales goals and targets set by the Sales Manager.
  • Meet customers face-to-face to strengthen relationships and increase sales opportunities.
  • Understand the key business objectives of customers and prospects and their future plans.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar B2B sales role.
  • Previous experience selling solutions, with a focus on building strong relationships with customers.
  • Previous experience generating leads and successfully closing accounts.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
