Field Sales Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Category Sales Development Manager to join their team. As a Category Sales Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and profitability in the Electrical Beauty & Skin Care category.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers in the retail industry.
- Provide sales training and support to retail staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively sell Electrical Beauty & Skin Care products.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform future sales strategies.
Requirements:

- Strong relationships with key decision makers in the retail industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
