As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors, ensuring they have the necessary resources to drive sales and promote our products.
About the Role
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with a strong understanding of the electrical wholesale industry. You will be responsible for:
- Identifying and pursuing new distribution opportunities to increase sales within the region.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth and meet sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Attending site visits and providing technical support to customers.
- Providing regular sales reports to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Minimum 3 years of account/territory management experience in the electrical wholesale industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- A valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly.
