About the Role

Vent-Axia, a leading provider of ventilation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies: Identify and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales within the region.
  • Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key personnel within our customer base, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and preferences.
  • Grow Sales: Drive growth in over-the-counter (OTC) sales by actively gaining promotional orders and grow project sales by engaging with customers and contractors.
  • Attend Marketing Events: Represent Vent-Axia at marketing events, such as trade days and breakfast mornings, to build relationships and promote our products.
  • Market Communications: Develop and implement market communications programs to support our target market share position.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports to management, highlighting the development of the electrical wholesale market and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 Years Account/Territory Management Experience
  • Experience in the Electrical Wholesale/Merchant Market
  • Demonstrable Success in Sales and Negotiations Skills
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
  • Manual Driver's License
  • Residency within the Region
