Job Description:

Vent-Axia, a leading provider of ventilation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors and customers in the electrical wholesale industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase sales within the region.
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with customers and contractors to promote our products and services.
  • Attend trade events and marketing activities to build relationships and promote our brand.
  • Provide regular sales reports to management, highlighting market trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in account/territory management.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of the electrical wholesale industry.
  • Manual driver's license.
  • Quarterly bonus and comprehensive benefits package.
