Job Description

Vent-Axia, a leading provider of ventilation solutions, is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our distributors, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel at our distributor partners.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our distribution network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement market communications programs.
  • Provide regular sales reports and insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the electrical wholesale industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and negotiations.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Manual driver's license and ability to travel within the region.
