Hotel Services Assistant Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Services Assistant to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality cleaning and maintenance services to our properties, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, best practices, and current legislation, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to client queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry best practices and trends.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality or facilities management sector.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and positive approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
  • Ability to use cleaning machinery and equipment safely and effectively, with a strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
  • Previous experience in a catering and hospitality environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
