About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Services Assistant to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for our clients and staff.
- Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Work collaboratively with the Soft Services Manager and other team members to achieve our goals and objectives.
- Provide excellent customer service and respond to client queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve our services and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
- Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts and hours.
