Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Hotel Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas, including catering and cleaning duties
- Work safely and healthily, adhering to company policies and best practices
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legislation, and industry standards
- Operate equipment correctly and adhere to the Colour Coding Policy
- Perform a range of tasks, including cleaning, washing, sweeping, and polishing, as well as emptying litter bins and removing waste
- Undertake any other duties reasonably required within the nature of the role
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be beneficial
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible and positive approach to team working
- Good timekeeping and attention to detail
- Ability to use cleaning machinery safely and effectively
- Customer service experience and a friendly attitude
- Familiarity with catering and hospitality environments
