Hotel Services Assistant

Bellrock Property and Facilities Management is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Hotel Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the property is presented to a high standard.
  • Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and machinery in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
