Hotel Services Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Services Assistant to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our premises.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will be flexible and positive in your approach to team working and have good timekeeping skills. Additionally, you will have the ability to use cleaning machinery safely and have customer service experience.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve and maintain a high standard of cleanliness in all areas
- Work in a safe and healthy manner for the benefit of Bellrock company personnel, client personnel, other contractors, visitors, and members of the public
- Ensure compliance to company policies, best practice, and current legislation
- Ensure that the right equipment is correctly used and the Colour Coding Policy is adhered to
- Perform duties such as cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, mopping, and buffing, emptying litter bins, and removing waste to designated disposal points, polishing, and dusting of designated areas, including toilet and associated facilities, fixtures, and fittings, using the necessary powered equipment, where appropriate, and with relevant training
- Undertake any other duties that may reasonably be required within the nature of the duties and responsibilities of the post
- Complete any other ad hoc tasks as required
