Hotel Services Assistant Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Services Assistant to join our team at Bellrock Property and Facilities Management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients by ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance in our properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out daily cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all areas of the property.
  • Operate cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of cleaning and maintenance procedures.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Flexibility and willingness to work varied shifts and hours.
