Lead Paediatric Physiotherapist

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our client\u2019s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a complex caseload of children with diverse and complex needs, including acquired brain injury, cerebral palsy, autism, motor coordination difficulties, and developmental delay.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy, with a minimum of 6 years of experience in acute, community, or education settings. They will also have previous experience in people management and leading a team.
The role will involve providing specialist physiotherapy assessments and interventions, as well as supervising junior and senior therapists to ensure high standards of clinical practice. The successful candidate will also support the Head of Therapies in organising and managing the Paediatric and Women\u2019s Health Physiotherapy team.
The successful candidate will have a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy (or equivalent) and be currently registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). They will also have up-to-date knowledge of developments in paediatrics relevant to their field.
The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, plus benefits including private healthcare insurance, private pension contributions, and a season ticket loan.
