Job Title: Lead Paediatric Physiotherapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Paediatric Physiotherapist to join our team at The Portland Hospital, a leading provider of private healthcare for women and children.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in paediatric physiotherapy, with experience in assessing and treating children with complex needs. They will be responsible for managing a caseload of patients, providing specialist physiotherapy assessment and interventions, and supervising junior therapists.

The ideal candidate will have a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy, be a registered member of the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), and have at least 6 years' experience working as a Paediatric Physiotherapist in an acute, community, and/or education setting.

They will also have previous experience of people management and leading a team, as well as knowledge and application of paediatric physio assessments and interventions relevant to a Paediatric client group.

The successful candidate will be able to work autonomously, using expert clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and advanced objective assessment skills to provide high-quality care to patients.
