Job Title: Clinical Nurse Specialist - Paediatric Orthopaedics Team

Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a dedicated Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our client's team at their hospital, currently rated "Good" by the CQC and uniquely dedicated to women and children.

This role offers a supportive environment with a focus on teamwork, collaboration, and professional growth, bolstered by an array of courses from our learning academy and external academic providers.

Role Overview:

As a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Paediatric Orthopaedics, you will utilise your expertise to deliver holistic and evidence-based care throughout the Orthopaedic pathway.

Your role will include advocating for patients, providing specialist nursing advice, and emotional support, while also driving service development and staff education.

Shift Pattern:
  • Full time, 37.5 hours per week
  • Monday - Friday
Requirements:
  • Children's Nursing Qualification: RN Child or RSCN with valid NMC registration
  • Experience: 5 years post-registration in Children's nursing
  • Education: First degree in nursing or a health-related subject
  • Specialist Qualification: Basic/Intermediate Paediatric Life Support
  • Research & Audit: Experience relevant to the specialism
  • Safeguarding: Up-to-date level 3 Safeguarding qualification
  • Clinical Governance: Knowledge of managing risk and clinical governance processes
