About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Churchill Living Ltd, a leading provider of housing for the over 60s. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering our People plan and providing HR support to Managers and Colleagues across the Company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to Managers and Colleagues on Employee Relations and people matters.
  • Ensure all probationary reviews and 121s are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing advice to Managers to support this.
  • Support the recruitment team and Managers with interviewing and assessments.
  • Coordinate our peer recognition programme.
  • Work with the HR team to undertake job evaluations and benchmarking.
  • Conduct exit interviews, providing analysis of trends.
  • Conduct new starter surveys to ensure our new Colleagues are receiving an effective induction to the Company.
  • Collate MI information from our internal HR system and provide data, highlighting themes identified.
  • Prepare key HR data/metrics, including staff retention, diversity data, absence, and best company data.
  • Review and draft policies, ensuring they are fit for purpose and support our commitment to equality and diversity.
About You

We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is confident in their knowledge and ability to provide sound advice across a variety of people matters. You will hold a CIPD Level 3 certificate and be confident operating HR systems. You will be organised, an effective communicator, and possess professional verbal and written skills.

As a national company, some travel will be required in this role, therefore access to a vehicle and a valid UK driver's licence is required.
