About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team as a Senior Business Partner. This is a key role that will play a critical part in shaping the future of our HR function and supporting the business in achieving its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic HR advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers across the organization
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives
  • Lead on HR projects and initiatives that drive business improvement and efficiency
  • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals to deliver high-quality HR services
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an HR generalist role, with a strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Relevant qualifications, such as CIPD level 5 or equivalent
