HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our managers and leaders in achieving our business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a people agenda to drive business growth and HR objectives
- Provide expert advice on HR policy, best practice, and processes to our Senior Leadership team and Managers
- Critically assess the capability of our People Managers and work with our Training Academy to ensure they are performing at their best
- Act as a coach and mentor to our Senior Leadership team and Managers to ensure our Colleagues feel valued, recognized, and supported
- Provide expert employment law advice, taking into account precedent
- Utilize HR data and analytics to support people-related initiatives and guide business-related people discussions
- Stay on top of our salary benchmarking and benefits
- Drive continuous improvement of our people processes
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about all things 'people' and how the role of HR can play an instrumental part in a progressive commercial company. You will appreciate the importance of building and developing relationships and enjoy working within a people-oriented business with strong values and a positive Colleague culture.
You will be a qualified member of CIPD or equivalent, able to demonstrate sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of HR, with experience of delivering proactive solutions, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Above all, you will love what you do, be passionate, pragmatic, and able to adapt your approach to meet the needs of your audience and that of the business.
