About the Role


As an HR Generalist Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business success and empowering our managers and colleagues. You will be responsible for evolving our processes and policies to align with our HR partnering led approach.



Key Responsibilities



  • Enabling business success through proactive HR strategies
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Leading on projects to introduce and embed improved ways of working
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing HR guidance and support to managers and colleagues
  • Managing HR data and analytics to inform business decisions


Requirements



  • Recognised HR qualification (e.g. CIPD level 5 or equivalent)
  • Substantial experience in HR, preferably in a growing environment and multi-site company
  • Excellent people leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing teams
  • Solid employment legislation knowledge and experience of using it to deal with complex employee relations matters
  • Proven ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
