About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in supporting our business leaders and employees to achieve our goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in areas such as talent management, employee relations, and organizational development. You will be a strategic thinker, able to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.

You will work closely with our Senior Leadership Team to drive business outcomes and ensure that our HR policies and procedures are aligned with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR advice and guidance to business leaders and employees
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and development
  • Manage employee relations, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
  • Lead on talent management initiatives, including recruitment, selection, and development
  • Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and best practice across the organization
