We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Churchill Retirement Living Ltd. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a vital role in supporting the business in achieving its goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to the Senior Leadership Team
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation
- Lead on HR projects to improve operational processes and procedures
- Manage and develop the HR team to deliver an efficient and effective day-to-day operational HR service
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to complex employee relations matters
Requirements:
- Recognised HR qualification (CIPD level 5 or equivalent)
- Substantial experience as an HR professional in a growing environment, multi-site company
- Excellent people leadership skills with a track record of motivating and developing a team
- Solid employment legislation knowledge and experience of using this to deal with complex employee relations matters
- Proven ability to build positive working relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
