The HR Advisor position at Churchill Living Ltd is a key role that will support the Senior HR Business Partner and wider HR team in delivering the People plan. This is a true generalist role with a great opportunity to get involved in a wide range of people-related activities and work with managers and colleagues across all aspects of the company.
Key Responsibilities- Employee Relations: Provide advice, guidance, and coaching to managers and colleagues across the company on employee relations and people matters.
- Probationary Reviews and 121s: Ensure all probationary reviews and 121s are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing advice to managers to support this.
- Recruitment Support: Support the recruitment team and managers with interviewing and assessments.
- Peer Recognition Program: Coordinate our peer recognition program.
- Job Evaluations and Benchmarking: Work with HR Business Partners to undertake job evaluations and benchmarking.
- Exit Interviews and Analysis: Conduct exit interviews, provide analysis of trends.
- New Starter Surveys: Conduct new starter surveys to ensure our new colleagues are receiving an effective induction to the company.
- HR Data and Metrics: Collate MI information from our internal HR system and provide data, highlighting themes identified.
- Policy Review and Development: Review and draft policies, ensuring they are fit for purpose and support our commitment to equality and diversity.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is confident in their knowledge and ability to provide sound advice across a variety of people matters, including employee relations, HR processes, reward, and employee engagement. Our ideal candidate will hold a CIPD Level 3 certificate and be confident operating HR systems, as we have recently implemented People HR across the business.
As a national company, some travel will be required in this role, therefore access to a vehicle and a valid UK driver's license is required.
