HR Generalist

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our close-knit team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our Managers and Colleagues with a variety of HR-related activities to drive our people agenda.
Main Responsibilities- Provide expert advice, guidance, and coaching to Managers and Colleagues on Employee Relations and people-related matters.
- Ensure all probationary reviews and 1:1s are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard, providing guidance to Managers to support this.
- Support the recruitment team and Managers with interviews and assessments.
- Conduct exit interviews, provide feedback to Managers, and analyze trends to inform the wider HR team.
- Conduct new starter surveys to ensure our new Colleagues receive an effective induction.
- Collate MI information from our HR system and share themes identified with the wider HR and Management teams.
- Prepare key HR data/metrics relating to staff retention, absence, and engagement, and provide other reporting as required.
- Review and draft HR policies, ensuring they are fit for purpose and support our commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion.
- Administer our Colleague benefits, including private medical insurance, health screening, and eye care voucher schemes.
- Coordinate our Colleague recognition scheme.
- Drive continuous improvement of our people processes.
We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist who can demonstrate sound knowledge of Employee Relations, Employment law, HR systems, and processes. Ideally, you will hold a CIPD level 5 qualification (or similar).
You will be an effective communicator, both in person and on the telephone, with professional written and verbal skills. You will be resourceful, approachable, diligent, and solutions-oriented. In addition, you will have proven experience in using the MS Office suite and demonstrate an organized and methodical approach in a fast-paced environment.
