Job Overview: As a Registered Manager at our residential care home, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff to deliver exceptional care services. You will work closely with our senior management team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and develop strategies to improve our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality, person-centered care.
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, health, and social care legislation.
  • Develop and implement effective staff management strategies.

• A competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • QCF Level 5 Leadership and Management/Registered Managers Award/NVQ Level 4 Health and Social Care (Preferred)
  • Prior experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy in older people or dementia care homes
  • Strong leadership and staff management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations, health, and social care legislation
