Compassionate Care Leadership Role

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Care Team Leader to join our team at Highcroft Hall Residential Care Home, a purpose-built facility designed to meet the needs of our residents.
About the RoleIn this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Care Assistants in delivering high-quality care to our residents. This includes:
Responsibilities- Providing Personalized Care: Ensure that our residents receive personalized care, tailored to their individual needs and preferences.
- Skill Development and Support: Develop the skills and knowledge of our Care Assistants, empowering them to provide exceptional care and support to our residents.
- Collaborative Working: Work collaboratively with the team to plan and deliver leisure and social activities that enhance the well-being and happiness of our residents.
- Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and colleagues to ensure that their needs are met and they feel valued and respected.
- Leadership and Culture: Promote a culture of kindness, compassion, and respect within the team, setting a positive example for others to follow.

Salary and BenefitsWe offer a salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a range of benefits, including a contributory pension plan, life assurance, and financial wellbeing support.
