Are you a people person with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a skilled Reception and Guest Services Coordinator to join our Front Office team at the Royal Lancaster London.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing a warm and welcoming experience for our guests, using various computer systems to manage their stay, and promoting our hotel's services and amenities.

Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing a friendly and efficient welcome to guests, using their names and information provided by our property management system
  • Using various computer systems to manage guest stays and promote our hotel's services and amenities
  • Upselling room types to achieve departmental up-selling goals
  • Being aware of all VIPs, care guests, and long stay guests arriving, residing, or departing the hotel on any given day
  • Promoting the services in the hotel and actively selling food and beverage outlets
