Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team at AccorHotel. Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star hotel environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
