Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a passionate and friendly Receptionist (Guest Service Agent) to join our Front Office team at the Royal Lancaster London Hotel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly and efficient welcome to guests, using their names and information provided by our property management system.
- Use various computer systems to manage guest reservations, check-ins, and check-outs.
- Upsell room types to achieve departmental up-selling goals.
- Be aware of all VIPs, care guests, and long stay guests arriving, residing, or departing the hotel on any given day.
- Promote hotel services and actively sell food and beverage outlets.
- Adhere to departmental service standards.
Requirements:
- 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
- Legally eligible to work in the UK.
