Education Facilitator Position
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Education Facilitator to join our team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS. As an Education Facilitator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational experiences of medical students by sharing your personal experience and expertise in mental health services.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver experiential learning programmes to medical students from Nottingham University.
- Collaborate with educational/training leads to develop and refine the experiential learning training programme.

Requirements
- Personal experience of mental health services as a service user or carer in old age psychiatry.
- Teaching and/or training experience on dementia, delirium, mental health conditions, and physical frailty.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
