Job Title: HR Assistant

We are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Assistant to join our dedicated team at Turner & Townsend Group.

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will support the onboarding process for new starters, ensuring all necessary steps are completed within specified deadlines.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in SharePoint, ensuring seamless integration with key performance indicators (KPIs) and weekly reports.
  • This role involves liaising with stakeholders on HR-related matters, including onboarding, offboarding, and policy implementation.
  • In addition, they will manage the offboarding process for departing employees, adhering to strict monthly payroll deadlines.
  • Key responsibilities include updating the HR system with employee changes, ensuring data integrity across various platforms.
  • This role requires strong communication skills to respond effectively to daily administrative inquiries, including those related to maternity leave, paternity leave, and flexible working arrangements.
  • The successful candidate will provide support and lead projects aimed at improving business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams as needed.

We offer flexible working arrangements, although specific requirements may vary based on client demands or internal needs. Remote work is feasible upon request.

Requirements:
  • Prior experience as a HR Administrator or Assistant, coupled with exceptional organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and IT systems.
  • A confident user of Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
  • A team-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Estimated Salary: $62,500 - $72,500 per year, contingent upon location and relevant experience.
