Your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the recruitment process, including advertising positions, shortlisting candidates, and conducting interviews.
- Maintaining accurate employee records, including databases, personnel files, and third-party contacts.
- Collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective employee engagement, training, and development.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- CiPD Level 3 qualification.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced HR environment.
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
The estimated salary for this position is up to £28,000 per annum, and you'll enjoy a range of benefits, including annual leave, pension scheme, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
