Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Hepatobiliary CNS service at the Northern Care Alliance NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our multi-professional team, you will provide specialist advice and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care within the Trust and community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide specialist advice and support to patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care within the Trust and community.
  • Work alongside a multi-professional team to develop and implement care plans that meet the complex needs of patients.
  • Contribute to the development of services within Acute Oncology and Hepatobiliary Care.
  • Monitor and maintain health, safety, and security of self and others in own work area.
  • Promote people's equality, diversity, and rights.
  • Assess and address people's health and wellbeing needs when those needs are complex and change across the caseload, utilizing advanced communication skills.
