In return, we can offer you a job role with purpose and flexibility. The size and scale of the NCA means we can provide more challenge and opportunities so your career can always be moving in the right direction. By joining us, you can also access a competitive benefits package, including a fantastic annual leave allowance, flexible working opportunities, and protected hours for health and wellbeing activities, helping you to achieve more personal downtime and a better work-life balance.

Requirements

This vacancy is open to those who have a current NMC PIN to practice as a Registered Nurse or Midwife in the UK, or those who are currently enrolled on a course which means they expect to receive their full NMC Pin within the next 2-3 months. Please note that an NMC PRN Pin is not a full NMC Pin and would not fulfill the essential criteria for this role.

We recognize that many people find interviews daunting and the conventional interview approach, of unseen questions, often impacts performance on the day. We are therefore piloting sending interview questions, to candidates, in advance.

This vacancy is within one of our pilot areas, therefore if you are invited for interview, you will receive your interview questions in advance of your interview date. Feedback on this process will also be requested to help our teams understand and evaluate your recruitment experience.
