About the Role

We Are Kenny is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring high levels of productivity, quality, and continuous training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Customer Care Manager in managing the team, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Manage and analyze customer data to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
  • Onboard and train new team members to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Liaise with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in a senior advisor or supervisor role in a customer service department.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams and customers.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage complex customer queries.
  • Experience using helpdesk software such as Zendesk or Gorgias.
