Sales and Customer Service Coordinator

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Get-Recruited (UK) Ltd. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable business that offers great career prospects and long-term development.
The Role:
- Manage the customer journey from start to finish.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and oversee the entire order process for B2B clients.
- Set up and manage client accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain business relationships and communicate regularly with clients.
- Conduct client onboarding calls via video conferencing and represent the company.
- Be the primary point of contact for clients and assist with any inquiries.
- Present presentations to customers and provide excellent customer service.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have high-level administrative and sales experience.
- Have experience in a customer-focused role, such as Sales Advisor, Sales Support, Sales Representative, Customer Service, or Sales and Customer Service Administrator.
- Strong Microsoft skills and experience with CRM/CMS systems.
- Confident in having client video calls and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience in order processing and basic invoice experience.
- Able to speak a European language is a bonus.
