Job Title: Event Coordinator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team at Adecco. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with event registration, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Operate the registration desk, using the provided laptops and registration system.
  • Greet and escort attendees to their assigned tables.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendees by documenting their names and any other relevant information.
  • Provide excellent communication skills to effectively engage with attendees and provide assistance.
  • Runners: Be proactive in locating and assisting attendees to ensure a positive event experience.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with laptops and registration systems.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.

About the Role:

This is a temporary position that requires a high level of organization and attention to detail.
