Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Apprentice. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our users.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to develop a broad understanding of our organisational structure and business functions, and be able to identify trends in incoming incident records and collaborate with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide First-Line IT Support: Respond to user queries via phone, live chat, and web-based contact form, providing timely and effective resolutions to technical issues.
  • Record User Contact Accurately: Ensure that user interactions are recorded accurately in our IT Service Management tool, maintaining up-to-date records of incidents and requests.
  • Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with other support teams to resolve complex issues and identify areas for improvement.
