Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. The successful candidate will have experience in the jewellery industry and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service in-store and over the phone.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1 year's experience in the jewellery industry, a strong track record of customer service, and excellent communication skills.
Salary and Benefits:
A competitive salary of £24,000 per annum, plus benefits including pension scheme and annual leave.
