Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and caring Child Development Specialist to join our team in Bournemouth and Poole. As an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping children with special educational needs reach their full potential.

You will work closely with the school's teaching staff to develop and implement strategies that cater to the individual needs of each child.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting teachers in planning and delivering SEN-focused lessons
  • Assisting children with daily living activities and providing emotional support when needed
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement Individual Education Plans

Salary: £19,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience.
