Child Development Specialist

As an Early Years SEN Teaching Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
About the Position:
The successful candidate will provide individualized support and care to children with special educational needs, helping them reach their full potential. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner that encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist children with special educational needs in their daily activities
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement individualized learning plans
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and other staff members
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Enhanced Child DBS on update service
- Right to Work in the UK
- Experience working with early years
- Experience working with SEN
