E-Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced E-Business Manager to join our team and lead the development of our marketplace platform. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive customer content journeys across web and app, particularly through key events and campaigns.
You will make data-led decisions to optimize trading content from clicks to conversion, ensuring a deep understanding of content performance and making necessary changes to optimize further. Daily and weekly review of content performance and communication to the Marketplace Leadership team are also essential responsibilities.
Proactive seeking and owning new or improved trading opportunities through onsite and offsite tools, feeding into digital product and technology teams to shape roadmap design.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with GHS trade team, design, and publishing teams to drive customer content journeys
- Make data-led decisions to optimize trading content
- Review content performance daily and weekly
- Seek and own new trading opportunities
- Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst experience
- CMS experience
- Workflow process tools (Jira/Miro) experience
- Wide range of customer influencing experience
- Interpreting information from multiple sources experience
- Driving recommendations based on data experience
- High attention to detail
- Possession of a passion for online/marketplace
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Online trading experience
