Business Development Executive Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Business Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at PayPoint Group. This pivotal role involves overseeing the company's retail estate, ensuring commercial targets are met, and maintaining network integrity.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of commercial operations and be able to effectively support sales efforts. They will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers and field sales teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Authorise non-standard commercial terms while adhering to regulations.
- Utilise negotiation skills to overcome objections and retain PayPoint products and services.
- Evaluate and manage the retail estate to ensure optimal network conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to challenge and improve commercial principles and policies.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries, meeting strict SLAs.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with retailers and field sales teams.
Key Requirements:
- Proven commercial expertise and strategic thinking.
- Adept at selling PayPoint benefits and resolving customer objections.
- Familiarity with target-based delivery expectations.
- Statistical analysis and conclusion drawing skills.
- Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and attention to detail.
Salary Information: £21,630 per annum, working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.15pm.
