About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our pub operations and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the business development manager to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Lead by example and embody the Greene King values, ensuring that all team members are empowered to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team, providing coaching and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Champion brand standards and ensure that customer and team safety are always the top priority.
