Job DescriptionMulti Skilled Tutor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Tutor to join our team at Mantra Learning Ltd.

About the Role

As a Multi Skilled Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering various course qualifications, creating individual learning plans, and reviewing learner progress throughout their programmes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all awarding body standards and other compliance as set out by ESFA and Ofsted.
  • Provide learner support through a variety of means including face-to-face or virtual delivery.
  • Provide learners with information, advice, and guidance regarding the appropriateness of courses and establish records and learning goals suited to the learner's needs.
  • Induct learners into the learning environment, courses, and systems where appropriate.
  • Create, set, and mark work-related tasks to help the learner progress through their programme.
  • Share sector-specific experience and knowledge with learners.

Requirements

  • ICT, English, and Math qualifications all at L2 or above.
  • Functional Skills Level 2 Minimum (Essential).
  • PTLLS / CTLLS (Desirable).
  • L5 Teaching Qualification (Desirable).
  • Information, Advice, and Guidance L3 or above (Desirable).

Essential Requirements

  • Prior experience of at least two of the following subject areas: Mental Health & Wellbeing, CSCS, CSCS Pathway, Customer Service, Securing Employment, Warehouse, Cleaning, Express Logistics, First Aid, or any additional courses that meet your skills and experience.
