**Drop-In Group Facilitator
- Part Time**

**What you’ll be doing**

As a Drop-In Group Facilitator at a community venue in Harpurhey, Manchester you will be co-facilitating a group and making a real difference in the lives of our community members. You will facilitate the group for two and a half hours every Thursday afternoon and be supporting the group with the activities.

**What we need from you**
- You will co-facilitate group meetings each week for two hours.
- You will encourage engagement in activities and services by and for local people.
- You will manage incidents and safeguarding concerns with a co-facilitator in accordance with Big Life’s operating procedures.
- You will participate in local networks and partnerships with relevant organisations to promote the group.
- You will collate information on the needs and interests of the community through monitoring attendance and collecting quarterly evaluation forms from group members.
- You will have good communication and listening skills.
- You will have basic literacy, numeracy, and administration skills.
- You will be committed to working within Big Life’s vision and values.
