This role offers a competitive salary of $62,500-$72,500 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for advancement.
Job ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
- Develop strong relationships with customers to understand their financial goals and provide expert advice to help them achieve success.
- Assist with account opening and maintenance, including consumer loan applications and closings.
- Support and promote digital banking with knowledge of all online and app-based banking solutions.
- Connect customers to experienced banking partners when necessary.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
- A minimum of two years' experience in bank customer contact or retail sales.
- Technological savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and software.
