Job Overview

This is a key leadership role within the CHM organization, focusing on delivering high-quality services and support to individuals affected by MS.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include 38 days paid annual leave, flexible working options, smart working arrangements, and access to a confidential helpline service.

Key Responsibilities
  • To lead the delivery of CHM's portfolio of services, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.
  • To develop and implement strategies for growing the reach, diversity, and impact of services such as the helpline, specialist services, befriending, and support volunteers.
  • To ensure a culture of safeguarding adheres to best practice and legal requirements across the UK.
